RECYCLABLE AND DURABLE ROOF!
The roof is made out of durable bitumen felt which can be recycled. Its multi-layer structure can take up minor material dilation, therefore it withstands better of being transported when a lot of different forces occur in the tiny house. The gutter is concealed in the facade cladding.
LONG LASTING, LIGHTWEIGHT FACADE!
The facade is made out of aluminum cladding which is around 50% lighter than others made of different metals. Its rubbed surface enables the cladding to be as stiff as it was made of thicker or heavier material. It also has a manufacturer warranty of 30 years and currently available in three colors.
The window frames are made of recycled plastic which is about 40% lighter than aluminum therefore you can fit more of your packages during transport. The safety double glazing reduces the thermal conductivity, so you can save energy on your heating.
The chassis is made of galvanized steel and its maximum capacity is 3.5 tons also comes with 2 years of manufacturers warranty.

The overhang is a great feature to reduce the summer hot sun and allows the lower winter sun to light in. This idea is borrowed from very basic passive house ideas and it can reduce your energy use, meanwhile creates a better interior atmosphere. You can currently order your tiny house either with simple roof overhang or transportable garden.
Brake lights
UNIQUE LED APPEARANCE AT NIGHT!
LED lights run all around the overhang. It is not only mandatory but very aesthetic. The light strip is connected to your car's system. So it will be stronger when you step on the brake.
Signal and warning lights
The signaling lights are integrated into the same light strip on the upper and lower corners to give better signs to the car behind you. Therefore, it increases road safety for everyone.
Backup lights
Like signaling lights, the backup lights are also integrated into the same LED strip on the 4 corners.
